Why Cherries?
Round Guys Brewing Co uses quite a significant amount of Montmorency cherries in this batch! In fact, that tartness that you’ll find normally in a pie or pastry, blends right over to this ale where it provides enough tartness to add a complex character to beverage without overwhelming it.
