Sticke Blonde OG 1.062 6.25% ABV 40 IBUs
A German pale ale, this beer was inspired by the German Kölsch style, but it has a 1.060+ OG, and a hopping schedule similar to an American Pale ale. The only difference is we use Perle, Saaz, and Tettnanger. We feel this is what would have happened had the German’s started the West Coast IPA craze. This beer is well balanced with a clean lager like finish.
Alpha Blackback: Black IPA OG 1.075 7.2% ABV 85 IBUs
A black IPA, dry-hopped with four different hop varieties to provide a robust aroma with a pronounced hop flavor. Don’t let the color fool you, the addition of chocolate malt provides a dark color, but has a medium bodied mouthfeel.
Knackered Pooch Porter OG 1.058 5.6% ABV 40 IBUs
We personally think it historically irresponsible to not brew a porter while located in the Philadelphia area. With a nod to the memory of Robert Hare and Philly’s favorite movie sports Icon, we give you Knackered Pooch Porter. This beer has a base of Maris Otter Malt with pale chocolate and a touch of wheat malt. OG of 1.058 and Hopped with Nugget hops to about 40 IBUs.
Original Slacker Ale OG 1.058 4.0% ABV 40 IBUs
Copper colored English style session ale with a mild malt aroma and a slight toasted malt flavor. Overall, a light-flavored, malt accented beer that is refreshing, yet flavorful
Fatbob XVII OG 1.080 8.5% ABV 30 IBUs
A Belgian Tripel with a twist . We use about 10% rye malt, Ardennes yeast and a little more Saaz hops combined with the rye to emphasize the spice in this Belgian Brew 8.5% ABV. Fermented warm to get lots of cloves and bananas. This beer has an OG of 1.080, but finishes very dry.
Fuzzy Muttness OG 1.080 ABV 8.65% 65 IBUs
We looked at the history of Stouts imported to the Americas during colonial times and designed this Stout to be the big beer that was made in England, but light and dry enough to be enjoyable in the tropical climates of the Caribbean. Goes great with dessert! The name of this beer was inspired by Scott’s dog (named after a famous stout from Ireland)….she is very fuzzy.
Sunrise Mill Saison ABV 7.1% 35 IBUs
A Light Hoppy Saison with notes of pepper and lemon.
Berliner-Weisster Weisster-Berliner OG 1.032 ABV 3% 1 IBUs
Traditional German sour style beer originating in Berlin. Light body, refreshing, like a lemonade on a hot summer day! Try this style as a Himbeer (w/ raspberry syrup), or a Waldmeister (w/woodruff syrup). Also keep a look-out for other fun flavors.
Wild Eye Series Sour Varies
Our Wild Eye series will be a sour style beer typically fermented with Brett-brux and Lacto. Expect something different with this beer! This beer will be different depending on what styles we decide to blend to make a range of sours.
Mini-Bob OG 1.042 ABV 4% 35IBUs
A summer season Belgian Pae Ale, light bodied, but not light on flavor. Fermented with Ardennes yeast, this beer has a nice balance of Belgian fruitiness and spice.
Barrel Rider Tripel OG 1.080 ABV 8.6% 35 IBUs
Belgian Tripel with 10% rye malt, Ardennes yeast and Saaz hops combined to give this tripel a nice balance of spice, clove and bananas, aged in a bourbon barrel for two months!
